The European High Performance Computing Joint Undertaking (EuroHPC JU) has launched a new procurement call for the acquisition, delivery, installation and maintenance of the hardware and software to upgrade the Discoverer Supercomputer.

Following the 34th Governing Board meeting of the European High Performance Computing Joint Undertaking (EuroHPC JU), held in Luxembourg, Israel became the 34th country joining the initiative to lead the way in European supercomputing.

The EuroHPC JU has launched a call for tender for the deployment and operation of a platform for federating European resources  and providing secure services for a wide range of public and private users across Europe.

The procurement contract for JUPITER, the first EuroHPC exascale supercomputer, has been signed by the European High Performance Computing Joint Undertaking (EuroHPC JU) and a consortium comprising of Eviden and ParTec.
