Building a strong HPC sector in Europe involves much more than simply setting up supercomputers. It's a complex endeavour in which each activity enhances and reinforces the others, creating a comprehensive and dynamic ecosystem.

The EuroHPC Joint Undertaking has recently announced the name of its latest supercomputer, Alice Recoque, a new exascale system to be located in France, which marks a significant milestone in the journey towards exascale computing in Europe. 

In the ever-evolving landscape of technology and innovation, FF4EuroHPC’s mission is to support European Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in learning to apply new technologies that will make them more competitive.

Over the years, the topic of AI has been the subject of much discussion and controversy.  With the rapid uptake of the technology in many industries and facets of our daily lives, the EuroHPC JU is looking at how AI allied to HPC could have a major impact on future innovation.
